Leading the culinary team at Reggiano’s of Celebration is the seasoned talent Executive Chef, John Miele. Chef Miele is committed to using only the finest ingredients & highest quality fresh seafood, meats and pastas to provide our guests with quality dishes that we can take pride in serving.
Chef John has competed and prevailed on the Food Network's "Beat Bobby Flay" S3. E8. He was featured on the Food Networks "Super-Chef Grudge Match" as a competitor against Celebrity Chef Bryan Voltaggio. He has appeared on "Good Day Orlando" and was awarded one of the Top Ten Pastry Chefs in the country by Pastry Art & Design in 2004. Chef has had many dishes published in Time Out NY, Where Magazine, GQ, Saveur, Pastry & Art Design, Art Culinaire and he was featured in the Washingtonian Magazine.
